Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping & Delivery Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 CAD within Canada. Orders below this amount will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Shipping Carriers We ship using trusted Canadian carriers. The carrier assigned to your order will be shown on your shipping confirmation.
