Refund policy
At Tide & Spark, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, please contact us at orders@tideandspark.ca before sending any items back.
Return Conditions To qualify for a full refund with no restocking fee, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is in its original, unused condition
- Item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Item is in complete resellable condition
Damaged or Altered Items If a returned item is received with damage, signs of wear, or is not in its original condition, a restocking fee will apply. The restocking fee will be assessed based on the condition of the item upon return and communicated to you before processing. Tide & Spark reserves the right to determine the restocking fee amount based on the extent of the damage.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
- Gift cards
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or adjustment of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Tide & Spark is not responsible for lost return packages.
Exchanges We are happy to offer exchanges for items in resellable condition. Please contact us at orders@tideandspark.ca to arrange an exchange.
