What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is crafted with natural freshwater pearls set in 925 sterling silver, gold-plated copper, and titanium steel. All materials are hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin.

Where are your pearls sourced from?

We source directly from Zhuji, China — the World Capital of Freshwater Pearls. We work with trusted pearl farmers and artisans to bring you premium quality pieces.

Is any jewelry handmade in Canada?

Yes! Some of our pieces are handmade locally in Calgary, Canada. Product listings will indicate when an item is locally handcrafted.

How long does shipping take?

We ship across Canada. Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition. Please contact us at orders@tideandspark.ca to initiate a return.

How do I care for my pearl jewelry?

Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box away from direct sunlight.

Do you offer repairs?
