Shipping Information

We ship across Canada from Calgary, Alberta. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Alberta: 2–4 business days
• BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 3–6 business days
• Ontario & Quebec: 5–8 business days
• Atlantic & Northern Canada: 7–10 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn and in original condition
• Item must be in its original packaging
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return

How to Start a Return

Email us at orders@tideandspark.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@tideandspark.ca with a photo of the item and we will make it right.
